Please pardon the color issues, but I brought my nickname, Grace, to a whole new level. As I was working out Sunday afternoon I was using these resistant band things. Great change to the normal routine, but I discovered just how un-graceful I am. If you look closely there is an attachment that allows you to use it in a doorframe. Well, as I was doing my side raises, I found out what it is in that little attachment. It's a very hard ball of some kind. How did I find this out you may ask? Well.....I was minding my own business doing my last exercise and the thing wiggled loose from beneath my foot and smacked me clear in the middle of my head. After the stars subsided and the lump was raised, I started to laugh because only I would be able to accomplish such a thing. I'm just thankful it didn't happen in the middle of a crowded gym!
